Early Sunday morning, (Dec 6) Weezer front man, Rivers Cuomo was hospitalized after a bus crash in upstate New York. The musician  was on his way to Boston from Toronto as a part of the band’s tour in support of their latest album, Raditude, when the bus slid over ice and ended up landing in a ditch. The bus carried Cuomo, his wife and daughter, and two other people.

Rivers was taken to St Mary’s Hospital in Amsterdam, NY for rib pain. The band’s assistant, Sarah Kim has also been hospitalized for back pain. The other passengers remain uninjured. The band was scheduled to play Agganis Arena at Boston University, Monday night, however the band is sad to announce that the rest of the Raditude tour will be cancelled.
