So Cal suburban legends, Reel Big Fish have been keeping themselves busy this year with the release of a studio album, Fame, Fortune, and Fornication , a live show DVD, a tour with the iconic 2 Tone Ska group, The English Beat, and are currently in the middle of recording a new album set to be released summer 2010.

Well, 2009 for Reel Big Fish isn’t done yet. The band plans to end the year with three holiday shows in Southern California. The “Winter Informal” shows will take place the last few days of December in LA, San Diego, and Anaheim. You think that’s all for them right now? Absolutely not, the Orange County ska band will then play a New Years Eve show in Scottsdale, Arizona right before the embark on a short group of dates in the states and then off to a multi-country overseas tour which begins in Russia and goes through many countries including the UK, Germany,Holland, and Austria. The band will also play five dates in the Australian Soundwave Festival.  The tour will end in March, and a few short months thereafter the band will be releasing their seventh studio album.

We can’t wait to catch one of their energetic displays of ska punk at one of these shows!
