Rock Plaza CentralCanadian indie rockers, Rock Plaza Central have decided to hibernate this winter so that front man singer/songwriter Chris Eaton can focus on completing his third novel as well as preparing for the arrival of his yet to be born child.

Most known for their most recent album, At the Moment of Our Most Needing… (Paper Bag Records) which came out earlier this year and their self released debut, Are We Not Horses – Rock City Central could use a break after their close to sold out tour with The Weakerthans.

Author of two novels, The Inactivist and The Grammar Architect, novels that have been included in university syllabi, has decided to work on his third novel Chris Eaton: a Biography of Chris Eaton (a novel by Chris Eaton) which is in fact, about not only about the Canadian indie rock singer, but about twenty five of the other Chris Eatons around the world. The Chris Eatons never meet each other, but as they go on about their lives, there are a number of similarities and coincidental happenings making it to be that the Chris Eatons share something other than a name. The overall message, Eaton is trying to purvey is that we all, essentially lead the same life which includes the same hopes, fears, and loves.

We can’t wait until we can get a hand of Chris Eaton: a Biography of Chris Eaton (a novel by Chris Eaton)!
