Imaad Wasif Announces Tour with The Dead Weather
Since his humble beginnings in the Coachella Valley north of Los Angeles, Imaad Wasif has proved himself to be quite the badass. He’s toured America, opening for the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, the Raconteurs, Neko Case, and many more. And you’re sure to hear his psychedelic style on the soundtrack to Where the Wild Things Are, in which he collaborated with The Dead Weather and Karen O. He’s released several albums, and recorded with the YYY’s on their albums as well.
You can hear his new song “Priestess” right HERE
And, of course, you can hear more on his MYSPACE page. His new album, The Voidist, will be out October 13.
