You may have heard of Real Estate recently; although a new band, they have come to the forefront of indie rock-pop music through the successes of their self-titled debut album, which scored an 8.5 and was given the title of Best New Music by Pitchfork. Originally from NJ, the group is now Brooklyn-based, and recently released two new songs for Daytrotter: one “Untitled,” and the other “Art Fandelet.” You can listen to the songs and download them here on Daytrotter, and judge for yourself whether these guys have what it takes to be BNM’d by Pitchfork.
